CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may reschedule or cancel any appointment 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client's credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although I do not offer refunds on services, I am happy to make adjustments and do everything possible to correct any issue that may arise within two weeks of the original service.
